Virgo Vélis currently focuses on online orders. Available delivery destinations and shipping charges will be shown at checkout or communicated before an order is confirmed where applicable.

Nigeria delivery

For orders delivered within Nigeria, please allow an estimated 15–30 business days after dispatch. This is a planning estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery time depends on the specific product, available EPROLO shipping method, carrier, customs processing, and your location. Some shipments may take longer. Where the product-specific shipping estimate shown by EPROLO differs, that estimate should be checked before the order is confirmed.

International delivery

For other destinations, delivery times vary by product and shipping method. EPROLO advertises typical international delivery of around 5–15 days for many routes, but this is not a Nigeria-specific promise and should not be assumed for every item or destination. The estimate available for the specific product and shipping route takes priority.

Order processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Processing and dispatch times may vary depending on the product, supplier availability, weekends, public holidays, and other operational factors. Processing time is separate from the delivery estimate.

Delivery estimates are guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, address issues, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Where tracking is available, we will share the tracking details or instructions once they are provided to us.

Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number at checkout. If delivery fails because the address or contact details supplied are incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, additional delivery charges or a new delivery attempt may be necessary.
